I had an issue with my master bathroom toilet overflowing every time I flushed. After trying everything I could think of, I decided to call Miles's Plumbing. Cory arrived quickly and got straight to work. He cleared up the problem in about 15 minutes, which was amazing! Now my toilet works perfectly, and the whole fix cost less than I expected. Cory was friendly, professional, and really knew what he was doing. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I’ll definitely call them again and highly recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable plumber!

My hot water heater stopped working, so I called a plumber I had used before. When they arrived, they realized they weren’t familiar with my particular water heater. They reached out to another plumbing company for help. In just a couple of hours, Cory showed up at my home. He quickly figured out the problem with my tank. Since it was already late, he explained what would happen next and said he’d call me by 10am the following day. Just like he promised, Cory called right on time. I ended up needing a brand new water heater. He carefully removed the old one, brought in the new one, and installed it. It was a big job and he worked most of the day to get it done right. After finishing, Cory even asked if he could use my vacuum to clean up, but when I offered to do it myself, he insisted and made sure every area he worked in was spotless. Cory was a true professional—very skilled and respectful. If you need a plumber you can trust for repairs or maintenance, I definitely recommend this company. They always get the job done and never let you down!

I haven’t needed to call a plumber too often, but whenever friends in Omaha ask for a recommendation, I always suggest Miles's Plumbing. They really set the bar high for plumbing service, handling everything from leaky faucets to bigger commercial jobs like backflow testing. Every time I’ve recommended them, people have been happy with the work, which makes me feel good about sending folks their way. I definitely give them two thumbs up for plumbing help!

Our hot water heater started leaking, so we reached out to Miles's Plumbing for help. We spoke with Cory about our concerns and also asked about getting a water softener and a sediment filter installed. Roman came out soon after and quickly figured out what was wrong. He explained our repair options clearly and got started as soon as we gave the go-ahead. Roman was very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure to keep everything tidy while working. The job was done efficiently, and he even fixed a water pressure problem we didn’t know we had. I had a plumber come out to my new house in Omaha because we kept running out of hot water, especially when multiple showers were being used. Cory recommended adding another 60-gallon water heater next to our current one, and also suggested installing a water softener since Omaha has pretty hard water. They gave me a quote within a day, and after checking with a few other plumbers, their prices were the best. The whole process was straightforward and quick. I’m also having them come back soon to install another shower head in our master bathroom. They seem like a family-owned company and were really friendly and easy to work with. We had a leak coming from our shower head that was dripping into the kitchen through a shared wall. Our landlord called a local plumbing company, and they sent out Cory to take care of the problem. Cory showed up right on time and made sure the job was done right from start to finish. There were a couple of small bumps during the repair, so it ended up taking more than one day, but the company was quick to come back the very next business day to wrap things up. When I needed a plumber again, my hot water heater started leaking. The team from Miles's Plumbing was professional and showed up right on time. While working, Roman noticed something important in my basement—a big hole in a pipe coming from my furnace. Even though it wasn't part of the job, he let me know right away. I didn't realize this was why we were having trouble with our heat, especially since the furnace is new and the hole was in a ceiling vent I never would have checked. I really appreciate how much he cared and took the time to point it out. This was actually the second time I needed plumbing help recently. The first time, they handled a major job that required digging up the ground in front of my house to install new pipes. The crew worked hard, even in the snow, and cleaned up everything after they finished. Both times, they made sure to make things as easy as possible for me, since I have trouble walking. Cory and Ezekiel went out of their way to help. I can't say enough good things about their service and the people who work there. It can be tough to find a plumbing company with so many great reviews, but I decided to give Miles's Plumbing a try here in Omaha after seeing their high ratings. I had an excellent experience when they came out to my home. Cory arrived right on time, worked quickly, and really knew his stuff. He patiently answered all my questions about my older home's plumbing, and gave me helpful advice for future projects I might want to tackle, on top of fixing the main issue I had—poor water flow in my upstairs shower. Cory discovered the problem was a faulty shower valve with a blockage from the manufacturer. Once he fixed it, the water pressure improved a lot, and now my family can actually enjoy their showers! I also learned during the visit that they handle more than just plumbing—they can help with HVAC services, including installing and servicing home furnaces. I’m definitely planning to use them again for any future plumbing or furnace work I need. The whole experience was smooth and professional, and I can see why so many people recommend them!
